1. About Swift Diagnostics
Swift Diagnostics ("Platform") is a technology service that connects patients with independent certified phlebotomists for home blood sample collection. We partner with NABL-certified laboratories for sample processing. Swift Diagnostics does NOT operate as a laboratory, healthcare provider, or medical facility.
2. Services
Our platform enables users to: (a) browse available lab tests, (b) book home sample collection appointments, (c) get matched with certified phlebotomists in their service area. We act solely as a technology and lead-distribution service.
3. Phlebotomists
Phlebotomists on our platform are independent professionals, not employees of Swift Diagnostics. They hold their own certifications and are responsible for the quality and safety of sample collection. Payment for services is collected directly by the phlebotomist.
4. Payment
Payment for lab tests and collection services is handled directly between the patient and the assigned phlebotomist. Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, and Card. Swift Diagnostics earns a platform fee (percentage or fixed lead fee) from each transaction.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect minimal patient data required for service delivery. Patient information is shared with the assigned phlebotomist only after explicit consent. We do not store lab results. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
6. Lab Results
Swift Diagnostics does NOT store, process, or interpret lab results. All reports are generated and delivered by our NABL-certified partner laboratories directly to the patient.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swift Diagnostics is not liable for the accuracy of lab results, the conduct of independent phlebotomists, or any medical decisions made based on test results. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.
