1. Payment Model
Payment for lab tests is collected directly by the assigned phlebotomist at the time of sample collection. Swift Diagnostics does not process payments directly from patients.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking at any time before the phlebotomist arrives for collection. There is no cancellation fee. If the phlebotomist has already been dispatched, please contact support for assistance.
3. Refunds
Since payment is collected by the phlebotomist, refund requests should be directed to the phlebotomist or our support team. Refunds may be applicable in cases of: (a) sample collection not performed, (b) incorrect test conducted, (c) service quality issues.
4. Disputes
For any payment disputes, contact our support team at support@swiftdiagnostics.in or call +91 99999 99999. We will mediate between the patient and phlebotomist to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
