1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal data necessary for service delivery: name, mobile number, email (optional), address, city, and pincode. For phlebotomists, we additionally collect certification details and service area information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: (a) match you with a certified phlebotomist, (b) send booking confirmations via SMS/Email, (c) facilitate home sample collection, (d) maintain audit logs for compliance. We do NOT use your data for marketing without consent.
3. Data Sharing
Patient information (name, phone, address) is shared with the assigned phlebotomist ONLY after explicit consent during the booking process. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Lab Results
Swift Diagnostics does NOT store lab results. Reports are generated and delivered by our NABL-certified partner labs directly to you.
5. Security
All communication is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled via OTP-based verification. All data access is logged in our audit system.
6. Data Retention
We retain booking and order data for compliance and dispute resolution purposes. OTP records are automatically purged after verification. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
